Requires sound judgment, confidentiality, professionalism, strong documentation, and consistent policy application. Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications by Level
- Level 2: Five or more (5+) years of advanced employee relations or workplace investigations experience, including substantial experience independently handling discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, protected activity, agency, union, or other high-risk investigations.
- All levels require sound judgment, confidentiality, professionalism, strong documentation practices, and the ability to apply company policy consistently and appropriately.
- Professional certification, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, is preferred for Level 2.
