What you’ll be doing is ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for all employees, from hire to exit. Those job duties include:

  • Employee Engagement: meet regularly with employees to gather feedback and understand their priorities
  • Company Culture: help us maintain a corporate culture where employees feel valued and engaged
  • Retention: help create and maintain an environment where employees want to stay
  • Attracting Talent: champion ClearlyAgile at local meetups/conferences/social get-togethers
  • Recruiting: help the recruiting team as needed
  • Onboarding: help guide new employees through the onboarding process
  • Orientation: help new employees get acclimated on their first day/week
  • Performance management: discuss performance issues with employees in a constructive and respectful way
  • Off boarding: conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company
Requirements

What we’re looking for is someone who is willing to learn and open to new ideas. A candidate can be successful in this position if they exhibit:

  • Passion for workplace experience
  • Thrives in a people-oriented environment, and demonstrates a collaborative leadership style at all levels of the organization
  • EQ - exceptional emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Demonstrates agility, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience in a people operations role
  • Full cycle recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of agile principles and current technologies used in software development
  • Eagerness to attend meetups and networking events
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree preferred

LOCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be in the Tampa Bay Area or willing to relocate without assistance (hybrid work environment)
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship)
