A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Support email marketing efforts including workflow management, HTML evaluation/troubleshooting, list validation/segmentation, tracking integration, pre-deployment QA/testing, deployment, reporting, etc.

  • Analyze email campaign performance to derive key insights to optimize campaigns e.g., identify testing opportunities, new campaign production, etc.

  • Manage agent Email Templates in Salesforce CRM in collaboration with Student Contact Center, Marketing and Partner Support teams to aid the agents in deploy consistent 1:1 messages to prospective and current students

  • Support Student Experience roadmap initiatives including setting up/deactivating email assets associated with new partner launches

  • Monitor email performance to make adjustments to email deployments and provide optimization recommendation

What You’ll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • 1-2 years’ major ESP experience (Marketo, Accoustic/IBM, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.) including building and deploying email campaign, list segmentation, performance data analysis. 

  • Preferred work experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud., SharePoint, GA360 and Salesforce CRM.

  • Strong email marketing analytical skills.

  • Ability to read and edit HTML code e.g., image changes, content editing, adding/removing tables, etc.

  • Exposure to leveraging tactics such as A/B testing, Dynamic Content, Personalization and IP Warming.

  • Strong email best practices knowledge for database and email marketing – email distribution, deliverability, performance metrics, CAN-SPAM laws, list segmentation, and database hygiene.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skill.

  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Be a team player as well as being able to work independently.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of attention to detail.
