Guardian Tax is expanding our Irvine sales team and looking for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. You'll work exclusively with inbound prospects who have already reached out for help resolving tax debt and IRS issues.

Responsibilities- Speak with inbound prospects seeking tax relief assistance
- Evaluate each client's situation and identify their needs
- Present customized solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Build trust and establish credibility throughout the sales process
- Handle objections and confidently guide prospects toward a decision
- Maintain follow-up communication with active opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
- Paid training + 15% commission on all closed deals
- Average monthly earnings of $7,000–$13,000
- Top performers earning $15,000–$24,000+ per month
