GoCanvas and SiteDocs work together as part of the Nemetschek Group to streamline construction and field operations. GoCanvas specializes in digital fieldworker collaboration and compliance, while SiteDocs, a GoCanvas solution, focuses on workplace safety management through mobile and web apps. Together, these platforms create a unified ecosystem that improves efficiency, safety, and collaboration across construction projects.

Join our team as a Customer Education Video Creator, a new and strategic role within our Customer Success department. As a key member of our dedicated education team, you will help create engaging eLearning resources by producing and managing educational video content that enables our customers to confidently engage with both GoCanvas and SiteDocs products. You’ll collaborate daily with Customer Enablement partners to deliver impactful, thoughtfully crafted content. The Customer Education Video Producer will design, produce, and deliver engaging educational media for GoCanvas and SiteDocs software. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for educational video creation and eLearning innovation—bringing short videos, branded animations, and live demos to a global customer base.

Your Most Important Initiatives:

  •  Produce high-quality educational videos using screen recording software and Adobe Creative Suite, working from pre-written scripts and through collaboration with team members.
  • Create and edit video content in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, following best practices for instructional media.
  • Apply eLearning industry standards, instructional design principles, and top-tier video production techniques to ensure clarity and impact.
  • Learn and demonstrate high competency in both GoCanvas and SiteDocs software to confidently showcase workflows and key product functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with broader Customer Enablement teams (including Education, Support, and Onboarding) to create content that directly supports customer success.
  • Manage digital assets using organized workflows, ensuring all media is easily searchable and reusable.
  • Publish video content and maintain our YouTube channel, optimizing with metadata, playlists, and tags.
  • Monitor YouTube analytics to track performance, reveal insights, and recommend improvements for future content.
 

What You bring:

  • 4+ years of experience with customer education video production, including eLearning content development for SaaS products and their customers
  • 4+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong foundation in digital asset management and content organization.
  • Deep understanding of instructional video design and best practices for customer education.
  • Proven ability to learn new software quickly and produce accurate, engaging product demonstrations.
  • Commitment to ongoing education in video production and staying current with conceptual and stylistic trends.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams, with the ability to adapt to feedback and evolving needs.
  • Important: Application materials must include a digital portfolio demonstrating your experience in video production for customer training or similar educational initiatives.

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance (medical, dental & vision), life insurance, 401(k) & paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is about $76k-90k USD annually. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
