About the Job:

The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist owns day-to-day marketplace operations across TikTok Shop and other marketplace channels while supporting business growth through product launches, affiliate programs, merchandising, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketplace performance, improve the customer experience, and identify opportunities for growth.


What You’ll Do

Marketplace Operations

· Own daily marketplace operations across TikTok Shop, DoorDash, Uber, and other marketplace partners.

· Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to ensure accurate and engaging customer experience.

· Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketplace merchandising updates.

· Resolve catalog, feed, and operational issues in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.

· Partner with the Drop Ship Specialist to support key launches, peak seasons, and operational priorities as needed.

· Monitor marketplace performance and recommend opportunities to improve sales, conversion, and operational efficiency.


TikTok Affiliates & Creator Support

· Own execution of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program.

· Recruit, onboard, and manage creator partnerships.

· Coordinate creator campaigns, product sampling, and TikTok LIVE activations.

· Analyze affiliate performance and recommend optimizations to drive growth.


Reporting & Insights

· Track marketplace KPIs and prepare recurring performance reports.

· Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and assortment performance to identify trends and opportunities.

· Provide data-driven recommendations that support business planning and growth initiatives.


What It Takes to Join

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, digital merchandising, social commerce, or a related field.

· Experience managing marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or similar.

· Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations.

· Experience with Feedonomics or similar feed management tools preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with reporting and analytics tools is a plus.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

· Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.

· Flexibility to support peak business periods, including holiday seasons.
