ROLE OVERVIEW

This temporary Ecommerce Coordinator role (maternity leave coverage) supports daily Ecommerce operations, including product data updates, promotions and launches, performance optimization, and ongoing site improvements. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an understanding of consumer behavior who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment.

ROLE DURATION

Temporary, starting Monday, March 9, 2026 with a tentative end date on or before Monday August 31, 2026.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide support for the ALOHA Collection Ecommerce sales channel
  • Manage all day-to-day administrative tasks associated with Shopify, with responsibility for learning the full functionality of Shopify, aloha-collection.com, Pack Digital, and all integrated apps 
  • Responsible for product listing creation and ensuring the accuracy of all product information 
  • Works within various platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, Pack CMS, Klaviyo, Postscript, Inveterate, and Junip
  • Assist with day-to-day website maintenance and content changes 
  • Supports in various Email and SMS marketing needs (deployment, A/B testing, segmentation, reporting, QA) 
  • Maintain product assortment and various product listing pages, including creative assets, product details + care, merchandising, etc.
  • Effectively communicate status updates on projects, and resolve project issues and escalations by presenting solutions and acknowledging roadblocks 
  • Troubleshoot technical and customer service issues and help to provide solutions for both the ecommerce and retail channels
  • Coordinate workflows with the PMO team by communicating schedules and priorities for projects

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience with Shopify (experience with Klaviyo and Postscript a plus) 
  • 2+ years of professional experience 
  • Understanding of KPIs, data analysis, and reporting 
  • Understanding of and proficiency with appropriate technology platforms and retail systems 
  • Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools), Canva, and Google Workspace
