Lead day-to-day website and e-commerce strategy to grow revenue and conversion rates. Manage site performance, UX optimization, SEO/SEM, analytics, campaigns, vendor relationships, and a medium-sized marketing team. Identify issues, recommend improvements, execute digital marketing tactics, and report results to management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop direct and semi-direct online marketing channels to check and improve the internet presence of Sunny Health & Fitness.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to website strategy based on company-wide goals that support the brand's marketing and e-Commerce short and long term revenue goals and initiatives
- Direct day to day website management, recommendations for improvement for responsive design, implementation of enhancements, and achieving website revenue goals, and website KPIs
- Actively investigate known or suspected issues (bug reports, outages, etc.) and work with web agency to resolve issues
- Analyze and measure brand and vanity website functionality, identify areas of friction and obstacles for website visitors and present results to upper management
- Measure key performance metrics in Google Analytics and other available tools (abandonment, conversion, etc.) and identify important performance trends and areas of opportunity to grow the business.
- Work closely with appropriate teams to develop new guest offers, identify and implement timely actions that improve website conversions and average booking values, and provide reports on the improvement plan, execution, and results
- Manage reporting, analysis, web content, and e-Commerce.
- Establish, maintain, and continually improve processes and workflows as they relate to website enhancements
- Understand and map the consumer journey to optimize opportunities that help increase sales, engagement, and meet conversion and revenue goals
- Optimize the user experience on all devices, keeping up to date on the latest trends
- Optimize search results and navigation filters to ensure relevancy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create display, email & social media campaigns
- Manage vendor relationships with applicable technology and marketing partners and escalate and document opportunities and/or service problems with recommended solutions
- Execute corporate e-commerce campaigns to support the company's strategic marketing plans working within the established budgets
- Optimize SEO/SEM for the sites
- Participation in photo and video shoots and strategies surrounding image needs and utilization, including the latest technology
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the role
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and E-Commerce
- Proven track record of success in senior digital e-commerce and marketing roles.
- Experienced with online programs (SEM/SEO, CSE, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Marketplace)
- Confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
- Ability to spot original branding opportunities.
- Must be familiar with Social Media Marketing.
- Content Marketing Experience
- Experience working and finding Influencers and affiliates.
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords
- Very well versed in analytics and analysis
- Previous experience in B2B and/or B2C retail environment
- Previous experience in digital marketing; traffic acquisition, affiliates, emails, data analytics, creative, social, mobile, video and more.
- Previous experience in managing, growing, and mentoring a medium-sized team, including Marketing and Creative personnel.
