Job DescriptionRequired Technical Skill Set
Functional Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013. Experience in other CRM packages like Salesforce, Siebel a plus.
Total IT Experience :7-10 years
Experience on Dynamics: CRM 4+ years
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have
• Proficient on CRM Business Processes in Service management , Sales Force Automation and Marketing automation
• Experience with Banking and Financial services customers a plus
• Excellent experience in working with business stakeholders and SMEs in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements including reporting and interface requirements
• Excellent experience in documenting use cases, business rules, business process workflows and high level wire frames
• Experience in maintaining requirement traceability matrix
• Excellent communication, documentation and articulation skills including giving presentations and demo to business and IT
• Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support
• Analyze client’s business requirements for CRM, work with tech lead to perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
• Bridge between business and IT and guide development team on requirements and functional aspects
• Develop test scenarios, review and evaluate test cases for completeness and accuracy and perform functional testing of the implemented CRM system
• Assist business SMEs on user acceptance testing
• Experience in preparing end user training materials
• Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective
• Client facing, assertive, excellent communication
