Required Technical Skill Set

Must-Have

• Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales Force Automation , Marketing automation and Service management functionality

• Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 product ( entities , workflows and configuration )

• Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills

• Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support

• Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Javascripting, Installation

• Analyse client’s business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions 

• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document

• Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects

• Functional testing of the implemented CRM system

• Provide end user training

• Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective

• Client facing, assertive, excellent communication
