Inventory and reverse-engineer M365 and Power Platform workloads to document entities and process flows; produce Bronze->Silver->Gold source-to-target mappings with transformation rules and data-quality defects; reconcile identifiers against core systems; ensure secure extraction per sensitivity and retention policies; define data-quality gates and confidence scoring; and support pipeline development, automated testing, and validation of Gold outputs.
JD: Inventory and reverse-engineer business-critical M365 and Power Platform workloads (SharePoint lists and libraries, Dataverse tables, Power Apps, Power Automate flows) to identify where business processes and business-critical data genuinely live. • Document the true entities and process flows carried in these applications, including shadow processes that have grown up outside core enterprise systems. • Produce Bronze → Silver → Gold source-to-target mappings for the in-scope M365 sources, including transformation rules and data-quality defects. • Define the M365 contribution to DNA crosswalk keys and reconcile identifiers (people, projects, sites, assets) against the core enterprise systems. • Work with Security and Compliance to ensure extraction respects sensitivity labelling, retention, and identity/access requirements. • Define data-quality gates and confidence scoring for M365-sourced KPIs and steward them through certification. • Support pipeline development, automated testing, and validation of Gold outputs. Required qualifications and experience • 4+ years working with the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform stack in a data, integration or solution capacity. • Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online data structures, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform dataflows. • Demonstrated ability to reverse-engineer distributed or informally governed application estates into a coherent entity model. • Strong SQL and data-profiling skills. • Working knowledge of M365 security, sensitivity labelling and compliance constraints as they affect data extraction.
