Conduct site walks, define project scope and product needs, prepare and present bids, coordinate installers and scheduling, evaluate project profitability, run pre-construction conferences, and gather post-project feedback.

Manage and grow a portfolio of residential customers within a territory. Build relationships with owners, managers, and service providers, generate new business, lead customer meetings, use CRM and company tools to track activities and analyze trends, participate in trainings and trade shows, and apply consultative selling to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Provide administrative support to District Managers including reconciling mileage and expense reports, making travel arrangements, coordinating events and logistics, preparing routine documents and reports, maintaining files, and handling confidential information.
