Our Newest Opportunity: 

Summary: 

This role leads the Workplace to Wealth (W2W) channel strategy within OneDigital’s Wealth division. Sitting at the intersection of systems, people, and process, this role ensures the underlying infrastructure and cross-functional coordination required to scale and sustain Workplace to Wealth nationally. It focuses on designing clear processes, connecting handoffs, and making the W2W engine run smoothly and measurably across the business. This role supports both the digital and field engagement strategies that bring W2W to life, ensuring leads are captured, routed appropriately, and acted on effectively. Success in this role depends on strong systems thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to connect the dots between Retirement, Wealth, and local field offices. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Operationalize the Workplace to Wealth Pipeline 

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on how workplace referral leads should be structured in our systems to surface KPIs needed for individual accountability and channel effectiveness measures 

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve lead handoff pathways within Salesforce, ensuring smooth transitions from all B2B verticals into Wealth 

  • Participate in planning efforts when new verticals or newly acquired firms are being equipped with W2W lead capture capabilities 

  • Create playbooks and process documentation to ensure marketing, home office, and field stakeholders are aligned on expectations and execution 

Maximize Coaching Team Impact on Wealth Conversion 

  • Provide leadership to the Financial Coach Manager and national coaching team 

  • Guide scripting, segmentation, and team strategy in alignment with firm priorities 

  • Vet and source campaign opportunities from lead channels including plan terminations, partner firm referrals, and vertical collaboration 

  • Ensure a strong client experience and meaningful Wealth opportunity triage by equipping coaches to assess need and escalate accordingly 

  • Support training, performance management, and campaign execution in partnership with the Financial Coach Manager 

Drive Field Activation 

  • Develop national frameworks for capturing and scaling successful field-based and digital W2W engagement models 

  • Partner with regional and field leadership to support office-level planning and performance tracking 

  • Collaborate with field Wealth Advisors and leaders to coordinate office-by-office W2W strategy and role clarity 

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration 

  • Establish reporting and meeting cadence with stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, FE&G, Wealth, and Retirement 

  • Define and track KPIs that reflect meaningful lead conversion and team performance 

  • Surface actionable insights for Wealth and Retirement leaders based on trends, gaps, and performance 

  • Inform team structure and resource allocation based on volume and efficiency needs 

  • Lead updates to W2W enablement materials based on learnings from the field and evolving business needs 

  • Coordinate with other enablement roles to ensure consistent and integrated field support 

 

Education, Training and Experience: 

  • 7-10 years in financial services, with a focus on retirement plan participant to wealth client channel management 

  • Must be licensed to enable registration as an IAR of OneDigital Investment Advisors: Series 65, Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) or Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) 

  • Proven track record overseeing operational workflows or cross-functional programs 

  • Experience translating enterprise-level business goals into measurable, field-executable plans 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build models, assumptions, and performance targets 

  • Adept at working directly with financial advisors, field leaders, and cross-functional support teams 

  • Deep familiarity with pipeline strategy, performance dashboards, and business planning 

  • Skilled in navigating influence dynamics without direct managerial authority 

  • Strong strategic communication skills and a data-informed decision-making style 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus 

 

Other: 

  • This role requires regular travel, averaging up to 30% 

  • This role is compensated through base pay plus performance-based bonus structure 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $130,000 to $140,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
