We are looking to hire a full-time Director of Wholesale for DNAM Brands.

DNAM Brands owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Badgley Mischka and Allbirds.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Wholesale to lead and grow our wholesale business across key retail accounts and distribution channels. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring strong brand representation across all wholesale channels.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Manage and expand relationships with key wholesale accounts and partners

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and distribution channels

  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with seasonal assortments and brand objectives

  • Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to optimize business results

  • Lead wholesale account planning, pricing strategies, and assortment recommendations

  • Oversee order management, inventory coordination, and wholesale operations to ensure timely deliveries

  • Represent DNAM Brands at trade shows, market appointments, and industry events

  • Mentor and lead the wholesale sales team while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred

  • 5–10 years of wholesale sales experience within fashion, apparel, or accessories

  • Proven track record of managing major retail accounts and driving revenue growth

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and communication abilities

  • Must be able to travel at least 1 week a month to New York City
