About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a seasoned Director, of Third Party Events & Experiences to join our fast growing team. We are looking for a hands-on leader responsible for elevating CrowdStrike’s presence at key global trade shows and ensuring outstanding execution across every activation.  This role blends strategy with execution, requiring a proven leader who can collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to deliver consistent messaging, compelling experiences, and measurable business outcomes. While there may be some room to refine the event portfolio, the focus of this role is on optimizing our existing investments and continually upleveling the experience of the CrowdStrike brand.  The ideal candidate has deep expertise in trade shows and events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leverages data and insights to optimize investments and outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize CrowdStrike’s presence at key industry events, including flagship sponsorships at AWS re:Invent and RSA Conference, with a focus on elevating experiences and maximizing impact.

  • Continually uplevel the CrowdStrike brand experience at trade shows through world-class booth design, activations, content, and engagement strategies.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, impactful content and unified brand experiences across all trade show activations.

  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure performance and continuously optimize investments.

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of trade shows, including exhibit design, traffic flow strategy, logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, shipping, and on-site management.

  • Provide direction to a small, agile team while also taking a hands-on role in execution to deliver high-quality on-brand experiences

  • Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, exhibit houses, and agencies, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard.

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years of corporate trade show experience, preferably at a SaaS-based B2B technology company.

  • Proven success managing trade shows from concept to completion, including exhibit strategy, logistics, production, speaker sourcing, budget management, and onsite execution.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems under pressure, and deliver results on tight timelines.

  • Skilled negotiator with a track record of managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.

  • Experience using data to drive decision-making and communicate ROI.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast paced environment and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing global trade show programs, including agency management and stakeholder coordination.

  • Leverage event technology and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, RainFocus) to track engagement, lead capture, and pipeline contribution.

  • Strong data visualization and reporting skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate performance to leadership and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve event performance.

  • Experience driving internal and external event awareness and communications (email campaigns, web, social, PR, webinars).

  • High energy, adaptable, and able to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $155,000 - $240,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
