- Contribute to the organization's TPM / Delivery strategy: establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling that scale across portfolios
- Drive development of and alignment on program roadmap anchored in business objectives, definition of done, technical solutions, and sequencing of dependencies
- Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term platform convergence and reuse
- Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks, influencing technology leaders to make data-driven tradeoffs between speed, cost and resiliency

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service oriented architecture (SOA)
- 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
- 3+ years experience building highly scalable products & platforms
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
