You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to maximize the value of these partnerships, align global strategies with regional pipeline goals, and ensure partners drive measurable outcomes for Braze’s business.

This is a highly strategic and results-driven role with a focus on positioning Braze as the go-to partner in the technology ecosystem while delivering tangible business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape partner strategy: Develop and execute Braze’s global strategy for strategic technology partners like AWS and Snowflake, ensuring alignment on shared business objectives and measurable goals.
  • Drive product innovation: Work closely with Product leadership to identify and prioritize joint opportunities for future product development and integrations that align with technology partner strategies.
  • Commercial outcomes: Collaborate with Sales leadership and regional Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to drive partner contributions to regional pipeline targets and revenue growth.
  • Executive engagement: Build and maintain senior-level relationships within partner organizations to drive strategic alignment, advocacy, and measurable outcomes.
  • Joint GTM strategy: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, including co-selling initiatives, joint campaigns, and partner-driven referrals.
  • Influence regional success: Collaborate with regional teams to ensure that global partner strategies are executed locally, driving pipeline growth and regional attainment.
  • Measure and optimize success: Track and report on key performance indicators, including partner-sourced pipeline, revenue influence, integration adoption, and joint GTM outcomes.
  • Position Braze in the ecosystem: Represent Braze as a strategic leader within the global technology partner ecosystem, advocating for partner success and positioning Braze as a preferred technology partner.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
