The Chief Business Officer is looking for a dedicated Director, Private Equity and Mega Accounts Strategy & Operations to support key objectives specifically focusing on our largest customers. This role will play a pivotal role ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, monitoring progress on key accounts, and enhancing our enterprise sales strategies. This individual will be responsible for managing high-priority projects, optimizing sales processes, and aligning team efforts with organizational goals focused on our largest customers and their owners (primarily private equity firms). The successful candidate will come with experience operating in a fast paced environment and will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the business needs.  

What you'll do:

  • Help prepare and coordinate all mega demos and sales presentations given by Account Executives and Sales Engineers to ensure impactful delivery.

  • Monitor mega account pursuits, ensuring compliance with established protocols and timely completion.

  • Partner and manage relationships with emerging private equity firms 

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across a variety of teams internally, from Sales, Post Sales to Revenue Operations and Product. 

  • Oversee the rollout of the mega enterprise package, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

  • Gather and provide weekly updates on the status of new logo acquisitions and renewal efforts.

  • Organize and plan city visits to strengthen client relationships and explore new opportunities.

  • Plan and execute the PE Symposium and one-off field marketing events (e.g., sports boxes) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Align demonstration practices with our Sales Engineering (SE) standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

  • Coordinate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with targeted Private Equity firms for strategic alignment.

  • Confirm and maintain alignment among sales representatives and managers regarding enterprise expectations and norms.

  • Own and maintain a comprehensive understanding of account assignments and top account lists categorized by city and sector.

Desired Outcomes:

  • Increase the percentage attainment of enterprise new logo bookings.

  • Enhance net revenue take rates from existing customers

  • Improve penetration of upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.

  • Boost the close rate for enterprise new logos.

  • Reduce the sales cycle duration for the mega enterprise segment.

  • Achieve a twofold increase in the pipeline for the Mega Enterprise segment.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 6+ years experience in a professional job (consulting, banking, investing, accounting) 

  • Availability to travel 

  • Proven experience in a strategic operations role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $183,400 USD - $245,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
