We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale our newly launched partner program, focused on agency partners (digital, CX, and marketing services firms) and strategic technology alliances. You will be responsible for both partner recruitment and pipeline acceleration through existing partners. As the key driver of our partner ecosystem, your success will be measured by partner-sourced revenue growth, co-selling impact, and program scalability.

This is a builder role ideal for someone who is energized by launching programs, building relationships, and driving results in a fast-moving SaaS environment.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve the overarching partner strategy for SundaySky
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic agencies and technology partners
  • Build and manage joint go-to-market initiatives to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Lead partner enablement, including sales alignment, training, and marketing support
  • Cultivate strong relationships across partner sales, marketing, and executive teams
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, QBRs, and deal tracking
  • Represent SundaySky at partner events and in the broader ecosystem

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling partner programs, ideally with agencies and/or tech providers
  • Background in SaaS, martech, adtech, or CX platforms preferred
  • Experience driving co-sell motion and influencing pipeline through partners
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter with a bias toward action
