Job Description

Role Overview: 
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our key partner relationships inside industry leaders such as Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks. You will oversee all aspects of partner engagement—from deal registration, to partner enablement and co-sell. You will act as the bridge between Blend360 & Tier 1 priority partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven record of accomplishment and an extensive network within these organizations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partnership Management: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, such as Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks. 

  • Leverage your existing network to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers, field sales teams partner success managers and solutions architects.  

  • Maintain an ongoing cadence with key contacts, and senior stakeholders inside the partner, including but not limited to Executive QBRs. 

  • Deal Registration & Partner Portal Oversight: 

  • Manage the end-to-end process of deal registration, ensuring accuracy and timely updates within our partner portal. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maximize partner engagement. 

  • Funding & Co-Sell Initiatives: 

  • Oversee the allocation, tracking, and management of partnership funding. 

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify, execute, and optimize co-sell opportunities that drive revenue and mutual growth. 

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: 

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Blend360’s business objectives. 

  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to ensure cohesive and effective partnership initiatives. 

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on partnership performance and market trends. 

  • Project Management: 

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design, implement, and refine partnership initiatives. 

  • Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of strategic projects. 

  • Utilize proven project management methodologies to monitor ongoing progress on joint initiatives and address any roadblocks. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 

  • 8+ years of experience in managing strategic partnerships or alliances, preferably in a SI or MSP environment. 

  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks, with an established network within these organizations. 

  • Skills: 

  • Strong expertise in partner portal management, deal registration, funding oversight, and co-sell program execution. 

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives. 

  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed, strategic decisions. 

  • Experience with a CRM (Preferably HubSpot)  

  • Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. 

  • Other: 

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally (with marketing, solutions and business development teams) to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to operate within ambiguity, whilst still showing measurable results tied to revenue. 

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events. 

  • Comfortable presenting to Directors & C-Level execs
