The Director/Senior Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will lead the alignment and optimization of UpKeep’s sales, marketing, and customer success (CS) teams to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the CFO, this high-visibility role manages and grows a small team while owning GTM data, processes, and systems that scale with our growth.
Ideal candidates bring deep SaaS RevOps expertise, strong analytical and strategic leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GTM & Strategy
Align goals, KPIs, and lifecycle definitions across GTM teams
Partner with Finance and GTM leadership on compensation plans and forecasting
Optimize lead qualification, segmentation, and resource allocation
Provide data-driven insights to improve acquisition, retention, and expansion
Prioritize and execute high-ROI GTM initiatives
Data & Infrastructure
Own data governance, hygiene, and a single source of truth for GTM metrics
Streamline CRM, automation, and GTM systems for scalability
Design processes for forecasting, territory planning, and expansion
Reporting & Analytics
Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and growth trends
Manage performance dashboards, attribution models, and CS health metrics
Prepare quarterly board-level reporting packages
Forecasting & Planning
Lead ARR, renewal, and NRR forecasting with FP&A and CS
Partner on annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, and weekly pipeline management
Enablement
Drive adoption of systems and processes across GTM teams
Support new product launches and effective onboarding of GTM hires
EXPERIENCE
7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar leadership roles in SaaS
Expertise in Salesforce, funnel management, and forecasting best practices
Proven success driving cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency
Experience in venture-backed, high-growth SaaS with board reporting preferred
KNOWLEDGE
Strong analytical and reporting skills with executive-level presentation experience
Full-funnel analytics, GTM optimization, and data governance expertise
Skilled communicator and collaborator across sales, marketing, CS, and finance

COMPENSATION
This role will receive a competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits + equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 USD per year.
