Responsibilities for Director, Sales:

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline of net new logos in order to exceed targets

• Demonstrate customer-specific benefits of Street Diligence solutions with a high degree of proficiency

• Conduct product demos, leveraging your expertise to educate potential clients on our value proposition

• Forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to meet and exceed goals

• Thrive in a high-growth environment alongside a small, high-performing team of professionals.

• Actively maintain accurate and up-to-date activities and client information in our CRM.

This role is for you if you are/have:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales/business development with a history of driving revenue , bonus points if within the financial services industry.

• Hands-on experience collaborating with clients in the capital markets or fintech sectors.

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a history of navigating internal client structures.

• A goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and independent worker.

• A demonstrable and creative problem-solving approach.

• BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience).

COMPENSATION

The target compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 plus a strong commission plan. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.
