The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of driving growth in a dynamic SaaS environment. They should be adept at building and maintaining relationships with both clients and internal teams, while consistently delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base
  • Lead, coach, and mentor our growing Account Executive (AE) team in tandem with the AE Team Lead, driving performance and professional development
  • Partner closely with the SDR Team Lead to manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team’s day-to-day performance and pipeline generation, aligning outbound strategy with revenue goals
  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique pain points and produce compelling business cases
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract execution
  • Co-facilitate Discovery Calls, Product Demos and Presentations to prospects
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success
  • Set and monitor sales quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Partnership Team to accelerate existing pipeline results
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Work Model

This is a hybrid role working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in our San Diego office and remaining days working remotely.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry in the trades and current market trends
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and closing SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise-level deals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

  • Specific experience with technology in the trades, as well as knowledge of and relationships key influencers in the trades.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $168,000, with an OTE of $200,000 - $240,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. 

Beyond salary, Workiz offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family:
