Keeper is hiring an innovative and experienced Director of Sales Operations to drive strategic sales operations initiatives that amplify revenue growth, enhance sales productivity, and elevate customer success outcomes across all segments of Keeper’s revenue organization. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

As Director of Sales Operations, you will lead the execution of sales processes and systems that empower our sales team to perform at the highest level. You will own Salesforce (SFDC) and the broader sales technology stack, ensuring scalability, process alignment, and governance across multiple sales motions.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring accuracy in quotes and orders, driving consistency across global processes, and mentoring a high-performing team. The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise with proven leadership skills, fostering a collaborative environment that delivers exceptional service and supports long-term growth.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the entire revenue engine. This is a highly visible and critical leadership role that combines strategic planning with operational execution in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Sales Process & GTM Operations

  • Analyze and optimize the full sales lifecycle from lead handoff through deal closure across multiple sales motions
  • Design scalable systems and processes supporting vertical, direct, partner, self-serve, and enterprise/government GTM motions
  • Drive and implement global territory planning, quota management, and rules of engagement
  • Lead sales methodology adoption and ensure process compliance across teams
  • Align operational processes between direct sales and channel/partner sales motions
  • Ensure seamless integration between new logo acquisition and customer expansion activities
  • Support deal complexity from SMB to $1M+ enterprise and government contracts

Technology, Tools & Data Governance

  • Own Salesforce configuration, optimization, integrations, and governance
  • Lead evaluation and deployment of new sales technologies to improve productivity and scalability
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams on system architecture and integrations
  • Maintain CRM master data management, data quality, and account segmentation
  • Oversee vendor and contract management for sales systems and services

Planning, Forecasting & Governance

  • Drive operational discipline around forecasting cadence, pipeline governance, and quota execution
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on annual planning, headcount modeling, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with Finance and Compensation teams to align planning and performance management

Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer, and Partner Operations to align GTM processes
  • Work with Sales Enablement to embed new processes and methodologies through training and playbooks
  • Support product, process, and skills enablement across the GTM organization

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals supporting Account Owners across lead generation, opportunity management, and client lifecycle
  • Lead a Deal Desk team and support the full quote-to-cash process
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Develop career progression paths for operations professionals and grow future leaders
Requirements
  • 7+ years of work experience in Sales Operations,or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments, with clear evidence of impact on revenue performance and sales productivity; cybersecurity experience preferred
  • A leadership track record of 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility including experience leading and developing teams in a dynamic and diversified environment
  • Proficient in CRM Technology - experience with Salesforce is essential
  • Experience  working with a data science team to build dynamic scorecards, dashboards and reports
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Hubspot is preferred
  • Proactive in addressing opportunities to simplify processes and reporting to maximize sales rep performance and service quality
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills that inspire, motivate, build trust and result in effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred; additional relevant certifications or advanced degrees advantageous
