About the Role
As our Partner Marketing Manager, Americas, you will play a critical role in scaling NinjaOne's partner marketing programs with a focus on two strategic channel partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing Americas, this role blends event leadership, campaign strategy, and budget ownership to drive pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and market impact. You will lead field events, sponsorships, and eventually joint campaigns, while also building strong relationships with partner counterparts to deliver measurable value. Success in this role will directly contribute to revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and market expansion through close alignment with sales, business development, alliances, and partner marketing teams.
Location - We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX / *Chicago, IL or those willing to relocate unassisted.

For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year.

What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute strategic partner marketing plans with a primary focus on two strategic channel partners, balancing high-touch events with scalable demand-generation campaigns
- Oversee event and sponsorship execution, including logistics, messaging, speaking opportunities, and partner participation at industry events
- Lead integrated co-marketing campaigns (to/through/with partners) that drive pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and brand visibility
- Manage the regional partner marketing budget with accountability for forecasting, reporting, and ROI optimization
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment, shared success, and measurable impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, alliances, and marketing leadership to align partner marketing with go-to-market priorities
- Continuously improve partner activation strategies by gathering feedback, analyzing results, and scaling repeatable best practices
- Track, measure, and report on program performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools
- Additional duties as assigned
About You
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with expertise in channel, partner, or field marketing
- Demonstrated success leading partner-focused strategies with large resellers/distributors (CDW, SHI, Insight, etc.)
- Strong background in co-marketing and joint sponsorships at regional and industry events
- Proven ability to own budgets and deliver ROI
- Familiarity with alliances and distributor ecosystems in addition to major resellers
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer across functions and geographies
- Background in MSP, cybersecurity, IT, or B2B SaaS markets
- Strong understanding of Americas channel ecosystems
- Operates with adaptability and urgency, excelling in fast-paced, high-growth environments
