The Role
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you lead the sales and marketing department, develop revenue strategies, and build partnerships that grow the hotel’s business. You oversee sales performance, market positioning, and outreach while ensuring the team meets revenue goals and delivers excellent service to clients.

What You Will Be Doing
• Lead the daily activities of the sales and marketing department
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Oversee marketing initiatives, promotional plans, and brand positioning
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Support sales managers with prospecting, sales calls, and business development
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance updates for leadership
• Represent the hotel at industry events, tradeshows, and community activities
• Ensure accurate contracts, proposals, and client communications
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution
