Requires flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Supports hotel housekeeping by cleaning public areas, removing trash, delivering linens and supplies, assisting room attendants, maintaining storage spaces, responding to guest requests, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The role requires dependable, physically active work, attention to detail, flexibility for all shifts, and availability on weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Generate hotel revenue through prospecting, networking, account management, group bookings, corporate sales, client presentations, site tours, proposals, contracts, and market outreach. Build long-term client relationships, meet sales goals, maintain accurate records, support hotel marketing, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful events and group execution.
