Lead day-to-day hotel operations to ensure excellent guest service, coach department managers, manage staffing and budgets, resolve guest issues, maintain standards, and support recruitment and training.

Lead the hotel's sales and marketing department to develop and execute revenue and marketing strategies, manage key accounts, support and mentor sales managers, analyze market trends, represent the hotel at events, prepare forecasts and reports, and coordinate with operations to ensure successful events and client satisfaction.

Maintain and clean hotel public areas, remove trash, deliver linens and supplies to room attendants, assist with deep cleaning and room refreshes, respond to guest requests, report maintenance or safety issues, and support housekeeping leadership.

Lead and manage all front desk operations and guest service functions, including staff supervision, training, scheduling, check-ins/outs, reservations, billing accuracy, guest issue resolution, policy compliance, financial processes, interdepartmental communication, hiring, and team development to ensure an efficient and welcoming front office environment.

Support housekeeping by maintaining public areas, removing trash, delivering linens and supplies, assisting room attendants with cleaning and deep-clean projects, responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting daily operations.
