Branch is looking for a highly experienced Director of Revenue Operations to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue-generating activities across all functional areas of the organization. You will develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a scalable revenue operations strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives predictable growth.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance sales, marketing, and customer success processes to improve conversion rates and retention.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Establish and maintain key revenue KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Oversee the tech stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to ensure seamless operations and data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Develop revenue forecasting models and support GTM planning to ensure accurate revenue predictions.
  • Enablement & Training: Implement best practices and training programs to enhance the performance of revenue teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through process optimization and data-driven strategies.
  • Deep expertise in revenue tech stack tools, sales and marketing automation, and analytics tools.
    • Hubspot experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
