The Director, Revenue Operations, will be a strategic leader responsible for orchestrating significant revenue growth by overseeing the development and execution of best-in-class revenue operations strategies. This role demands in-depth expertise in revenue operations, combined with strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide and empower cross-functional teams across the revenue engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development and implementation of a high-performing revenue operations function, emphasizing efficient and scalable processes for pipeline management, quota & compensation planning, and integrated marketing, sales, and success dashboards

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to define shared goals and align marketing, sales, and success teams. Champion account-based strategies to accelerate both acquisition and expansion pipelines

  • Oversee the allocation of resources and activities across the go-to-market organization to achieve ambitious and achievable revenue targets

  • Lead the implementation of strategies and processes to enhance pipeline management and deliver highly reliable and accurate monthly forecasts, enabling data-driven decision-making

  • Coach and mentor team leaders to continuously improve performance, reduce sales cycles, and boost forecast accuracy. Ensure all elements of the customer value proposition are effectively deployed and sponsor initiatives to drive higher win rates and increase average deal value

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, where successes are replicated and learnings from setbacks are applied to future endeavors

  • Establish consistent sales and success delivery philosophies across the entire go-to-market organization, ensuring alignment with product strategy and market needs

  • Identify and assess skill and process gaps within revenue operations teams and design and oversee training programs to unlock potential and enhance overall performance

  • Partner with the CRM team to optimize processes for scale, ensuring data-driven decision-making for marketing investments, land & expand strategies, and customer success practices

  • Collaborate strategically with Product on positioning, enablement, and roadmap priorities, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations leadership roles leading to demonstrable revenue growth, preferably in a Global SaaS environment and Adtech/Martech

  • Proven ability to develop strategic vision, translate it into actionable plans, and leverage data-driven insights to identify and solve business challenges

  • Strong leadership experience in building, managing, and inspiring high-performing marketing, sales, and customer success teams, with a track record of implementing and optimizing revenue operations processes

  • Demonstrated understanding of data analytics or intelligence operations to interpret and leverage data insights for driving informed decisions

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leaders to achieve strategic goals

  • FP&A experience, a plus

Compensation:

  • Salary - $150,000-170,000
