We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the strategic transformation of our cash posting and reconciliation functions.

This experienced leader will oversee day-to-day operations, set strategy, and drive efficiency across all cash-related processes. In addition this leader will oversee implementation of new technology, and drive organizational strategies to streamline revenue cycle processes.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across finance and revenue cycle operations, where success will directly improve our cash flow performance and overall financial health.

This role can work remotely- Denver, Colorado is preferred. 10%-25% travel.

What will you do?  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all cash posting, reconciliation, and related processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Define and execute strategies to streamline cash operations, improve automation, and reduce processing delays
  • Lead the design, selection, and implementation of a new cash posting tool, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Champion adoption of new technologies and processes through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, create reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with accounting, IT, and finance leaders to ensure alignment and smooth cash flow management.
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team that operates with accuracy, accountability, and a customer service mindset
  • Collaborate across the village enterprise to drive results with key partners

  • Directly and concisely communicate ideas, insights, risks and recommendations to executive leaders
  • Prepare for and facilitate executive-level presentations across various stakeholder groups

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required
  • Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies along with proven change leadership
  • Experience with strategic planning and implementation of large, complex new initiatives
  • Strong knowledge and experienced practice with process improvement and project management methodologies, techniques, and processes

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $110,100.00 - $161,700.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
