Position Overview:

Seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Dietary Supervisor to lead the team at a mid-sized Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary management. Responsibilities include overseeing the dietary department, ensuring that residents receive nutritious meals that cater to their individual dietary needs and preferences. Oversees meal preparation and service in adherence to dietary guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a dietary manager (CDM).
  • At least three years of experience in dietary in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and food service regulations.
  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
