The Director, RCM Commercial Services AI Transformation Product is responsible to drive AI across Revenue Cycle Management Commercial Services strategy while supporting execution of the strategy across our Enterprise Partnerships. The role will work alongside cross functional teams inclusive of Growth, Engineering and Operations, to ensure we are all aligned on a unified strategy while successfully executing on that strategy. AI Transformation Product Lead must drive the strategy including optimal operational model, technology utilized internally to perform the services and roadmap to continuously evolve the Commercial Services offering. This individual will work alongside members from across Optum to solve complex business needs for our external customers and internal operations teams to ultimately set our strategic direction that optimizes overall business performance. - Owns the What/Why of internally utilized and externally sold AI Powered Commercial RCM Services offering
- Owns AI Transformation Product Roadmap for Commercial Services
- Lead and participate in the development of key RCM Commercial Services initiatives to ensure we are infusing AI powered solutions
- Predict emerging needs in the RCM Commercial Services market and develop AI Powered solutions to meet them
- Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
- Lead voice of the Commercial Services AI Powered solutions, supporting strategic on-sites and growth opportunities
- Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across multiple areas including engineering, technology, growth, marketing, and operations
- Accountable for the full product lifecycle management, including: strategy, design, development, management and end of life of new, existing or acquisition products
- Leverage market insights to understand market/customer needs to identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings
- Accountable for delivering product performance against expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs
- Accountable to and/or own the P&L. Partner with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, product partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product direction
- Works with Finance and other matrix partnership to define pricing/costing structures for AI Powered Commercial Services products
- Coordinates with Product Operations and Engineering on rollout strategy for AI Powered Commercial Services products
- Works across the matrix to support actual adoption of new features and functions of specific AI Powered Commercial Services products

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 6+ years of experience working in health care solutions - inclusive of AI Powered Revenue Cycle Management solutions
- 4+ years of experience in development and communicating project plans and/or roadmaps of activities to achieve the Product Strategy. Experience prioritizing work efforts across matrixed teams to manage the most effective execution of deliverables
- 4+ years of experience working with multiple teams / stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Experience with commercial growth and sales
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience with effectively presenting to Senior Management
- Domain expertise in RCM applications and associated data with AI innovation experience
- Proficient in interpreting and analyzing data to support decision making - inclusive of ability to support synthesis of financial models and business cases
