Main purpose of the Director of Project Management position: 

Lead special projects under the Creative Operations team, defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives ensuring successful execution and completion. 


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Strategically develop and manage project plans, budget, scope and resources. 
  • Lead and manage project teams, both internal and external partners. 
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the project; provide timely updates to stakeholders. 
  • Create and manage project budgets. 
  • Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they’re in compliance.


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Strategic leadership: align project goals with company objectives, make high-level decisions and foster collaboration.
  • Effective communication: tailor complex updates to executives and partners while managing expectations. 
  • Organizational acumen: manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation across multiple projects.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management.
  •  5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications and project management tools. 
  • Able to motivate and manage project teams.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $125,000 to $150,000
