Job Summary

As Create Music Group’s Data & Technology organization scales, we are building the systems and ways of working that power how the company operates and enable us to scale across the business.

We are seeking a Director of Program Management to drive organizational execution across product, engineering, design, platform, and business teams, ensuring complex initiatives deliver cohesive, end-to-end systems with real operational impact.

This role sits at the center of how strategy becomes execution, aligning teams, orchestrating dependencies, and driving measurable progress as the company scales.

The ideal candidate is a strong systems thinker and operational leader who can bring structure to ambiguity, drive execution across organizational boundaries, and help teams adopt more effective ways of working.


Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional execution against organizational objectives, strategic priorities, and measurable outcomes
  • Orchestrate complex initiatives across teams, managing dependencies, sequencing, risks, and delivery
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and business leadership to translate strategy into coordinated execution
  • Lead organizational readiness and adoption of new systems, workflows, and operating practices
  • Design and evolve scalable operating rhythms, planning processes, and execution frameworks
  • Drive alignment and accountability through program reviews, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
  • Identify systemic blockers and drive cross-functional decisions needed to maintain momentum
  • Evolve agile and AI-enabled practices to improve how teams plan, coordinate, and execute
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or related roles within software or technology organizations
  • Demonstrated experience designing programs working backward from ambitious business goals, identifying leverage points and gaps, and navigating organizations to drive outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across multiple companies, business functions, and product and technology teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrations, migrations, or organizational change through implementation and adoption
  • Demonstrated experience operating at both strategic and tactical levels, from executive alignment through hands-on program execution
  • Experience applying agile practices and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, coordination, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Experience driving execution across distributed teams and multiple time zones

Pay Scale

  • $180,000 - $200,000 CAD per year
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
