The Staff AI Engineer will design and deploy production-level AI systems, guiding architectural decisions and collaborating with teams to build AI features at scale.

Part-time remote legal internship supporting M&A and IP work for music catalog acquisitions. Duties include drafting and reviewing transactional documents, due diligence, copyright registrations, entity compliance, NDAs, document organization, cross-functional collaboration, and administrative support for the M&A Legal team.

Manage month-end close activities, prepare and review reconciliations, support multi-entity accounting and audits, investigate complex accounting issues, ensure US GAAP compliance, drive process improvements and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Lead tax strategy and execution for high-volume domestic and international M&A, catalog investments, and strategic transactions. Advise on transaction structuring, international tax, transfer pricing, and entity optimization. Partner with M&A, legal, finance, and external advisors; manage tax diligence, integration, forecasts, and compliance. Support month-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses. Maintain audit-ready GL records, assist external audits, perform variance analysis, and partner with FP&A. Identify process improvements and support accounting system enhancements in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.

Part-time internship supporting digital rights operations: upload and organize YouTube assets, research and manually claim UGC, maintain client asset records, and analyze channel/asset data to identify unclaimed content and prepare revenue reports.

Part-time hybrid internship supporting digital rights operations. Assist with YouTube CMS copyright conflict and strike resolution, assert ownership on TikTok Media Match, resolve held revenue, liaise with third parties, and protect client channels. Internship runs 3–4 months, 10–23 hours/week, with 1–2 weekly in-office days in Los Angeles.

Support the M&A Operations team by executing marketing initiatives for label partners: creator outreach, content ideation and editing, campaign setup and tracking, asset management, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Serve as primary contact for assigned artists, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-department coordination to execute releases and marketing campaigns. Manage daily global cash position and liquidity, run cash forecasting and variance analysis, execute payments/transfers/FX, administer bank accounts and TMS integration, report to leadership, and identify banking fee savings.

Support recording sessions by assisting clients, running errands, maintaining studio cleanliness and etiquette, completing manager-directed projects, troubleshooting equipment and signal flow, and demonstrating strong time management and professionalism. Part-time A&R discovery intern supporting artist scouting, data gathering, pitching prospects, and assisting marketing and digital rights tasks. Responsibilities include research using software and social channels, administrative support, and collaboration with the A&R team. Hybrid role requiring LA office presence 2-3 days weekly for 10–20 hours per week over 3–4 months.

Support artist growth by creating and managing fan/edit pages, sourcing and editing short-form viral content, posting daily, monitoring engagement and trends, and helping grow organic fan communities across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.
