As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the function responsible for translating Boulevard’s innovation into compelling stories, successful go-to-market strategies, and measurable business impact. You’ll manage and mentor a team of seven spanning Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Education, while serving as a player-coach who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

In this role, you’ll set the strategic vision for how we position and launch products across Boulevard’s portfolio. You’ll be a critical partner to Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring every launch is executed with clarity, differentiation, and measurable impact.

Your work will shape how Boulevard is understood in the market and experienced by our customers — from launch messaging to long-term adoption strategies that fuel retention and category leadership.

What You’ll Do Here
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven: Sr. PMM, 3 PMMs, Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, and an Education Manager (who manages three specialists).
  • Own positioning, messaging, and portfolio storytelling across Boulevard’s product domains.
  • Drive cross-functional product launches with Product, Sales, CS, Support, and Marketing.
  • Build and operationalize GTM playbooks for launches, sales enablement, and competitive insights.
  • Partner with Product leadership on market validation, roadmap storytelling, and pricing/packaging.
  • Deliver proof-driven stories that highlight measurable customer outcomes and ROI.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Success leading Product Marketing for a high-growth SaaS company, ideally in vertical SaaS
  • Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes through GTM strategy and execution.
  • Deep experience partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strength in messaging, positioning, competitive insights, and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated people leadership: managing and developing high-performing multi-disciplinary teams (Product Marketing, Lifecycle/Retention, Education/Enablement).
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach: balancing strategic leadership with hands-on content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

How we'll take care of you:

Your starting total cash compensation for this role is between $168,000 - $240,000 depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
