As a Director, Product Management - Privileged Access Management,  you'll lead the charge for critical product lines at Saviynt, driving innovation and strategy that directly impacts how global enterprises secure their digital identities. What you will be doing

  • Own the complete lifecycle of key product areas, from initial concept and strategic roadmap to successful launch and ongoing evolution.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics to define compelling product requirements that engineering teams can build upon.
  • Develop and refine product strategies that clearly articulate our competitive advantage and unlock new market opportunities, influencing Saviynt's overall direction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable identity security solutions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to craft impactful go-to-market strategies and product positioning that resonates with our audience.
  • Leverage data and insights, including AI-driven analytics, to continuously monitor product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Act as a key advisor and advocate for your product areas, sharing your expertise internally and externally to build strong relationships and drive adoption.
  • Champion new product initiatives by clearly articulating their value proposition and strategic importance to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in defining and managing software product roadmaps and requirements.
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their implications for product development.
  • Experience with API design and integration strategies.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and engage in detailed product discussions with engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for making data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture while managing execution details.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to driving projects forward.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
  • A track record of conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
