Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director, Product Management to lead the implementation and go-to-market of innovative loyalty offerings. This individual will partner across the design and execution of solutions that transform the way small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their customers engage with loyalty. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in loyalty ecosystems, a strong understanding of SME business needs, and the ability to balance technical execution with a relentless focus on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities• Define and drive the product vision for next-generation loyalty offerings tailored to SMEs.• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: which includes active participation in product ideation, roadmap prioritization, requirements gathering, design, build, launch, and optimization. • Ensure seamless execution of loyalty programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless results.• Partner with cross-functional teams (technology, engineering, design, operations, partnerships, legal, finance, and marketing) to deliver scalable and differentiated solutions• Ensure products are intuitive, seamless, and provide measurable value for SMEs and their customers.• Establish and track KPIs to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement• Translate customer insights, business needs, and industry trends into actionable product features and enhancements.
Qualifications:• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement platforms• Demonstrated expertise in addressing the needs of SMEs (B2B or B2B2C experience highly preferred).• Proven success in leading innovative, customer-first product strategies from concept through launch.• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product designs.• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels.• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
