At Centerfield, we’re building smarter, faster, and more scalable platforms - and we want you to lead the way. As a Manager, Data Science, you’ll leverage data-driven insights, reports, and trends to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across multiple departments.

How You'll Contribute...

• Leverage data-driven insights, reports, and trends to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across multiple departments.

• Translate data into actionable insights for the business teams through machine learning models.

• Run predictive analyses and automate processes to provide insights and recommendations for the media buying, category management, and sales teams.

• Manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing career support and technical guidance.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and criteria for data analysis, models, and reporting.

• Ensure high data integrity, choosing the best tools and techniques for algorithms, frameworks, and technologies.

• Implement analytical models in production by collaborating with software developers and machine-learning engineers.

• Set goals and metrics and define KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure and track the improvement of the data analytics process.

• Support team with automating existing models and algorithms.

• Drive analytics projects end-to-end in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to execute product strategy and drive growth.

• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative data science solutions.

• Contribute to advancing data science and machine learning at Centerfield.

What We're Looking For...

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered, as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or related occupation.

Must have experience with the following:

  • Data querying using SQL (Structured Query Language);

  • Python and its libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn;

  • Cloud infrastructure including GCP (Google Cloud Platform);

  • Data visualization tools including Tableau and Looker;

  • Working with large databases, manipulating numbers and complex data sets;

  • Managing non-technical stakeholders and competing priorities; and

  • Evaluating unstructured business problems and developing actionable and efficient insights for non-technical teams.

    Compensation for this role is in the range of $226,034 - $226,034.
