As the Director, Product - Client & Advisor Portals you will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing OneVest’s product strategy for its client and advisor portals. You will be responsible for guiding the product roadmap, leading a team, and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions across our wealth management platform. Working closely with the engineering, design and marketing functions, you will ensure the successful delivery and adoption of customer-centric products that drive OneVest’s growth and market differentiation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for its client and advisor portals, that aligns with OneVest’s mission, business goals, and customer needs;
  • Define and prioritize portal features and workflows  based on customer feedback, data insights, market trends, and business objectives;
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation, user research, and design through to development, testing, launch, and iteration;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and customer success to deliver intuitive, secure, and engaging digital experiences for both clients and advisors;;
  • Champion a user-centric mindset, balancing the needs of individual investors and financial advisors with platform scalability and business outcomes;
  • Mentor and lead the team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative product culture;
  • Implement and refine product development best practices, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget;
  • Establish and track KPIs related to portal engagement, user satisfaction, and feature adoption to guide future enhancements;
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer expectations in the wealth management and fintech space;
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and actively engage with clients and stakeholders to validate and iterate on product direction.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of product management experience, ideally with direct ownership of customer- and advisor-facing digital platforms;
  • Deep knowledge of the wealth management or financial services industry, including investment management, retirement planning, and tax optimization;
  • Proven success in launching and scaling user-centric SaaS products in high-growth environments;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using behavioral data, user feedback, and engagement metrics to inform product decisions and prioritization;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across functions;
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with modern product development tools and methodologies;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting;
  • A passion for innovation and building intuitive, high-impact products that deliver meaningful value to both end investors and financial advisors.
