The Opportunity...
We are looking for a growth-minded product leader to define and deliver optimized
customer experiences across our B2B and small business portfolio. This role is
responsible for building customer acquisition pathways through website
optimization, funnel improvements, and lead sale marketplace innovation. Our ideal
candidate is a champion of the end user, balancing the needs of small business
owners and enterprise buyers with scalable product strategies that drive growth
and long-term value.
You will lead and facilitate the PDLC across teams with a sharp focus on opportunity
sizing, thoughtful prioritization, and customer-centric outcomes. The right candidate
brings proven experience in lead marketplace dynamics, excels at aligning SEO/SEM
with conversion goals, and has a track record of shipping high-impact digital
products.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Develop and evangelize product strategy and vision for B2B and small business customer acquisition, lead marketplace innovation, and website optimization

  • Lead and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to launch and iterate features in a fast-paced environment

  • Drive outcomes by optimizing conversion funnels, creating seamless user journeys, and building trust that increases both lead quality and close rates

  • Apply structured methods to size opportunities and make data-informed prioritization decisions, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-value initiatives

  • Own and manage product KPIs across acquisition, conversion, and retention, with accountability for scaling successful wins and sunsetting underperforming bets

  • Champion the voice of the customer—understanding end-user pain points, small business needs, and buyer motivations to inform product roadmaps

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by using A/B testing, user research, and data-driven insights to measure and iterate on success

What We're Looking For...

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on B2B or small business solutions

  • Proven success driving customer acquisition through website optimization and digital conversion strategies

  • Experience in lead sale marketplaces or transactional ecosystems, with demonstrated ability to balance buyer and seller needs

  • Adept at opportunity sizing, prioritization frameworks, and ROI analysis to guide decision-making

  • Experiment-driven mindset with experience leveraging A/B testing, funnel analysis, and growth experimentation

  • Pioneer of Agile product development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience influencing and aligning executive stakeholders

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
