The Opportunity...

We are looking for a growth-minded product leader to define and deliver optimized
customer experiences across our Home Services portfolio. Home Services includes
verticals such as Internet, Home Security, Plumbing, HVAC, Solar, and more. This
role is responsible for managing growth across the entire funnel, from digital
acquisition to call center sales, where our agents close transactions on behalf of our
partners.
Our ideal candidate is a champion of the end user, bringing deep expertise in
agency-style execution to adhere to partner guidelines, while driving results across
digital and offline touchpoints. This person has a proven ability to collaborate with
sales leaders, optimize funnel performance, and deliver products and processes that
unlock growth for both customers and partners.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Develop and evangelize product strategy and vision for the Home Services category, including verticals like Internet, Home Security, Plumbing, HVAC, and Solar.

  • Lead and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales leaders to optimize acquisition funnels and close rates across the end-to-end journey.

  • Collaborate closely with call center operations to design and implement tools, processes, and workflows that improve agent effectiveness and customer outcomes.

  • Drive outcomes by identifying conversion opportunities, optimizing handoffs between digital and sales, and creating seamless customer experiences.

  • Apply structured methods to size opportunities and make data-informed prioritization decisions, ensuring investment aligns with the highest growth levers.

  • Own and manage product KPIs across acquisition, conversion, close rates, and retention, scaling successful initiatives and sunsetting underperforming ones.

  • Champion the voice of the customer—understanding household decision-making, service pain points, and partner requirements to inform product roadmaps.

  • Build strong partner relationships by aligning roadmaps to partner guidelines and regulatory requirements while delivering innovative growth solutions.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, measurement, and iteration through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and agent performance analytics.

What We're Looking For...

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on Home Services or related industries.

  • Proven success driving growth across multi-channel funnels, including digital acquisition and call center sales environments.

  • Experience collaborating with sales leadership to design tools and processes that improve close rates and customer satisfaction.

  • Agency or partner management experience, with a deep understanding of adhering to partner guidelines and relationship management.

  • Strong expertise in opportunity sizing, prioritization frameworks, and ROI analysis to guide decision-making.

  • Experiment-driven mindset with experience leveraging A/B testing, funnel analysis, and sales performance optimization.

  • Pioneer of Agile product development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action.

  • Excellent communication skills with proven success in aligning and influencing executive stakeholders and external partners.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
