Versapay is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Partner Marketing Manager. Reporting to the CMO, this is a wide-ranging and critical role that will require broad knowledge of the financial technology space and the variety of partner types in our ecosystem. This role is for a thought leader who can move between strategy, program development, and roll-out. They will work with the creative, product marketing and partner team to create content, campaigns, and programs that educate our various internal and external audiences–including sales, partners, and customers.
The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter, excellent communicator, strong relationship management skills and comfortable managing cross-functional teams. This person will work closely with the VP Strategic Alliances, CRO, and Marketing teams to drive commercial success and will report directly to the CMO. This person will also be responsible for increasing engagement and consistency amongst our Partner and channel programs, showcase how partners extend the value of Versapay products, and showcase the ability of Versapay and its network to positively impact customer satisfaction and retention.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for VAR and ISV partners in the ERP space.
- Segment and prioritize partners based on potential, performance, and strategic alignment.
- Prioritize high-impact marketing activities to drive revenue and demand generation with input from the Regional Partner Managers (RPMs) and National Partner Managers (NPMs).
- Develop and execute on quarterly and/or annual marketing plans for Premier Partners
- Design and launch co-branded campaigns, demand generation programs, and digital marketing initiatives tailored to ERP buyers.
- Create scalable partner marketing toolkits, campaign-in-a-box assets, and enablement materials.
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) allocation and ROI tracking.
- Create standardized training to educate partner sellers on Versapay’s portfolio of offerings and ideal customer persona, leading to increased awareness and adoption of our solutions.
- Work with product marketing to create and execute on the annual partner webinar program. The goal of the webinars will be to onboard partners and educate existing partners on new product features and offerings, Versapay company updates, and new partner resources and processes.
- Oversee partner-specific events and manage onsite logistics and schedules.
- Lead partner onboarding and marketing enablement sessions to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and campaign execution.
- Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Organize partner webinars, events, and joint thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop and own an all-encompassing partner communications plan to deliver on-going, impactful content to partners in an organized and prioritized manner.
- Define KPIs and track performance of partner marketing programs, including pipeline contribution, lead conversion, and partner engagement.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partners.

What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- You have 10+ years’ experience in marketing, at least part of it working with partners. Experience in fintech, an understanding of popular ERPs including NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft is a plus.
- You will have a proven track record working within the channel environment.
- The ability to work independently and as a leader across multifunctional teams with the ability to articulate, aggregate and deliver turnkey partner programs, including email, webinars, events, and online programs on key milestones. You thrive when you are empowered to help others be successful.
- Demonstrable track record of creating sophisticated marketing programs from planning to launch and drive revenue.
- Knowledge and use of analytics reporting assess program effectiveness.
- Strong creative and tactical mindset. Ability to think both in and out of the box as needed.
- You are an empathetic communicator with high emotional intelligence and can adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience.
