Who You Are

We're seeking a visionary marketing leader who can architect and build our partner marketing function from the ground up. As our Senior Director of Partner Marketing, you'll be the founding leader of a brand-new organization focused on amplifying our relationships with top-tier partners across cybersecurity, modern data center, networking, cloud, AI, and XaaS solutions. You'll combine the strategic acumen of a marketing executive with the collaborative instincts of a partnership builder—understanding both campaign ROI metrics and the co-marketing nuances that turn partner and alliance relationships into revenue-generating engines. If you believe in our "We Before Me" core value while daring to create marketing programs that elevate both Myriad360 and our partners to new market positions, this role offers the ultimate greenfield opportunity. You'll own the creation of our partner marketing ecosystem while building a world-class team that transforms traditional partner marketing into a competitive differentiator.

  • Establish governance frameworks and standardized processes for co-marketing activities across all partnerships
  • Create templates, playbooks, and best practices for joint marketing initiatives that can scale across multiple partner relationships
  • Develop sophisticated measurement frameworks that demonstrate marketing ROI and partner program value
  • Build strategic marketing calendars that align with both Myriad360 objectives and partner priorities

Co-Marketing Program Excellence

  • Oversee the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, events, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Guide the creation of compelling joint value propositions and solution messaging that resonate with target markets

  • Partner with engineering leaders to ensure accurate positioning of joint solutions and integrated technology offerings
  • Coordinate with demand generation teams to optimize partner-influenced lead flow and conversion rates
  • Align with corporate marketing to maintain brand consistency while enabling partner co-branding opportunities

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
