Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage prospective national account clients through strategic outbound business development efforts
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities within target markets and named accounts
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to uncover business needs and position Proceed Finance solutions effectively
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, enrollment, activation, and ongoing account growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual pipeline, enrollment, funded volume, and revenue targets
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, business cases, and sales materials that demonstrate value and drive partner adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support implementation, onboarding, activation, and successful launch of new accounts
- Transition seamlessly from new client acquisition to ongoing account management, utilization growth, retention, and reactivation as needed
- Conduct regular business reviews and use performance data, reporting, and insights to increase utilization, funded volume, and partner satisfaction
- Consistently build and convert new national DSO and enterprise opportunities through disciplined prospecting and follow-through
- Build and leverage a solid network of industry relationships, including DSO leaders, referral partners, and market influencers, to generate new business opportunities
- Develop a solid understanding of target clients' business models, growth priorities, and patient financing needs to tailor solutions and accelerate adoption
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast data within the current CRM system to support visibility and sales discipline
- Maintain deep knowledge of Proceed Finance products, pricing, compliance requirements, and market positioning to support consultative selling and account expansion

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales, business development, or strategic account experience, preferably within patient financing
- Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities with enterprise, national, or multi-site accounts
- Experience constructing and delivering presentations to senior leaders and C-level executives
- Proven success in new client acquisition and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close, enrollment, activation, and account growth
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline, enrollment, funded volume, and revenue goals
- Proven solid consultative selling, discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven solid interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build trust quickly in competitive sales environments
- Proven solid CRM discipline with the ability to manage pipeline, forecast activity, and maintain accurate account and opportunity data
- Proven solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use market, client, and performance data to shape sales strategy
- Ability to travel up to 50% when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in patient financing
- Experience selling DSOs, multi-site provider groups, or other enterprise healthcare organizations
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar sales systems
- Experience using outbound prospecting, territory planning, account-based selling, or referral-driven business development strategies
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a solid bias for action and ownership
