Your Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to take the reins of our marketing strategy and execution. In this high-visibility role, you will have the autonomy to set the direction, drive innovative campaigns, and shape the future of our brand. You’ll work closely with leadership, collaborate across teams, and make a direct impact on our growth. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success building brands and marketing B2B products to enterprise clients. If you’re ready to bring your bold ideas to life and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in a role with a broad scope, this is the opportunity for you! Your scope will include:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop impactful B2B campaigns tailored for our buyer personas and respective position in the customer lifecycle in collaboration with the design, sales, product and client success teams.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute sophisticated, multi-channel demand generation programs targeted at our key buyers and ideal customer profiles. Create and optimize the marketing-qualified lead process in close partnership with the sales team.
  • Brand Awareness: Drive growth in brand awareness across channels, including website users, social media engagement, and email click-through rates.
  • Product Marketing: Owns product positioning and messaging in the market, regularly progressing our positions based on competitive and market trends and product advancements.
  • Content Marketing: Produces an industry-leading content program, including thought leadership, customer stories, and sales collateral. This includes managing the Summer newsletter, blog, paid advertising, event and website copy, calling on domain expert writers as needed.
  • Event Marketing: Drive the strategy and execution of events and sponsorships working closely with the Head of Commercial and the Sales team.
  • User Engagement: Works closely with the Client Success Team to identify and create end user engagement strategies and collaterals. 
  • Metrics and Operations: Own revenue operations platforms including CRMs (HubSpot) and sales marketing tools. Responsible for the ongoing monitoring, reporting and optimization of marketing and sales success metrics. 

Recommended Experience

  • 6+ years of building and scaling marketing efforts with a focus on growth marketing and lead generation.
  • Experience marketing to business buyers including the C-Suite. Strong ability to market to decision makers across roles and seniority.
  • Enthusiastically and systematically focused on KPIs and analyzing performance, and using these insights to continuously optimize marketing’s impact on revenue and growth
  • Must be agile, detail-oriented, and work with urgency

This posting is for a remote, full-time, non-exempt position based in the United States. The base salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 and will include equity and a full range of benefits.
