About the role

The Director, Marketing Transformation will oversee the systems and process transformation for marketing at Crunchyroll, This role involves developing and implementing the Marketing Media Asset Management (MAM) system and optimizing all related systems and processes to streamline work and scale output efficiently.

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Systems, leading the creation and deployment of a comprehensive Marketing MAM system; design and optimize marketing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability; ensure alignment of marketing systems with overall digital supply chain effort.
  • Process Transformation: analyze current marketing processes and identify areas for improvement; develop strategies to streamline workflows and improve productivity; implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Marketing Ops, ET, Product, and other departments to integrate marketing systems with existing platforms; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing systems meet the needs of various teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions; Develop metrics to assess the performance of marketing systems and processes.
  • Change Management: facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes; conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to marketing teams.

This role adopts a hybrid work schedule with two days a week from our office in Los Angelas. 

About You

  • 12+ years of proven experience in marketing systems transformation and process optimization, with a preference for international marketing ops experience in large scale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of media asset management systems and marketing technologies, focused on streamlining pipelines and delivering localized content globally.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
