About the Role

Semperis is looking for a data-driven, systems-savvy Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead and evolve the operational engine behind our fast-growing marketing organization. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing tech stack, analytics, and data operations to drive better decisions, scalable programs, and business impact.

You’ll lead a talented MOPs team and serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales Ops, BI, and Finance to ensure our infrastructure is driving measurable, actionable outcomes. This is a critical leadership role that will help transform how we execute, measure, and scale global marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations Leadership:

    • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing operations team, including specialists focused on automation, email ops, and program management.

    • Own all aspects of marketing automation (Marketo), campaign ops, and email operations.

  • Data Management & Analytics:

    • Improve data quality, lead scoring models, and pipeline attribution to enhance targeting and reporting.

    • Partner closely with the BI team and Sales Ops to deliver insights, dashboards, and marketing performance reporting across the funnel.

    • Drive strategic insight development, including multi-touch attribution, ROI analysis, and customer journey mapping.

  • Tech Stack & Vendor Management:

    • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including tools like Marketo, 6sense, Wrike, and Cvent.

    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure tools are configured and optimized for scale and performance.

  • Budget & Forecasting:

    • Serve as the marketing team’s primary finance partner to manage budget planning, forecasting, and investor reporting.

  • Project Management & Process Optimization:

    • Lead and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives and special projects that improve team efficiency and campaign execution.

    • Build scalable systems and processes to enable a global marketing team to move faster and smarter.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or marketing systems, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.

  • Proven experience managing global marketing tech stacks and automation systems.

  • Exceptional skills in data analysis, reporting, and marketing attribution.

  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.

  • Business acumen and comfort presenting to senior leadership and investors.

  • Experience partnering with Sales Ops, BI, and Finance to align go-to-market execution with revenue goals.

  • Forward thinking mindset, open to cutting edge tools and building efficiencies

  • Scale Up or Startup experience and/or IPO experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or relevant experience
