About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Learning & Engagement to build and scale a best-in-class L&D function. This leader will be responsible for driving professional growth, leadership development, and continuous learning across all levels of the company. You’ll be a critical partner in reinforcing and evolving Rula’s culture, and in helping us define and measure what great performance looks like across roles and functions.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of related professional experience, 5+ years specific to L&D
Proven experience designing and implementing L&D programs in a high-growth or tech-enabled environment
Strong strategic thinking paired with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution
Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and behavior change
Experience leveraging data and feedback to iterate and improve programs

3+ years leading a Learning function
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Certifications in learning, coaching, or facilitation
Experience in healthcare, mental health, or mission-driven organizations
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)
