We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive growth for the Adobe Express business. This role will be pivotal in shaping our strategy across awareness, acquisition & consideration, strongly emphasizing leveraging Social & Community.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing (creative teams, SEO, social, community, partnerships, paid media, etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep marketing experience, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovative, data-driven strategies. They will thrive working on products in a competitive landscape and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
 
 

What You’ll Do  

• Develop and execute bold, insights-driven marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and key growth goals  

• Partner closely with Social & Community teams to develop overall approach and investment strategy to drive business results.  

Partner with the social intelligence and content team to Identify opportunities to insert Adobe Express into relevant conversations, trends, cultural moments, themes and more 

• Drive investment decisions based on performance data, market insights, and industry trends to maximize ROI  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, partnerships, paid media, and creative teams, to drive cohesive, high-impact initiatives  

Leverage market research, user insights, and competitive intelligence to uncover new opportunities and continuously refine strategies  

• Partner with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-channel campaigns, enhancing the brand’s presence and effectiveness in acquisition efforts
 

What We’re Looking For  

• 8+ years of experience in social marketing and product marketing, with a proven track record in SaaS, technology, or consumer brands  

Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to mentor, develop, and inspire team members  

• Strong expertise in leveraging Social & Community as acquisition channels, with a deep understanding of how to measure impact and optimize investments  

• Experience in marketing, particularly in coordinating across digital, social, influencer marketing, and traditional marketing channels  

• A strategic thinker who thrives in a competitive landscape and is not afraid to challenge the status quo  

• Strong ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making, drive optimization, and demonstrate business impact  

• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and work across various teams  

• Executive presence with outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field

• A customer-centric approach, ensuring that all acquisition efforts are rooted in understanding and addressing user needs

The U.S. pay range for this position is $163,200 -- $302,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
